Family First

At b13, we share our knowledge and experience and have lunch together. We give high-fives and celebrate go-live barbecues. We hire promising people and train them. We work hard for people we believe in. Teamwork, mutual support, and work-life balance go hand-in-hand. We take responsibility, we don’t dish out blame. We set common goals, we don’t delegate tasks.
