Technical Support
Your team knows your business and your website best—we’re here to back them up. b13 supports in-house developers and IT teams with TYPO3 expertise: as consultants when you need guidance, hands-on when you need extra capacity, and everything in between. Unlike Site Maintenance, where we run day-to-day operations for you, this is about strengthening what your own team can already do.
Knowledge Transfer & Code Review
Most of the time, our job is to make your team stronger, not to do their job for them. We review code, answer technical questions, and share what we know about TYPO3’s core—through pairing, workshops, or a standing code-review workflow, depending on how your team already works. Many of our long-term client relationships run on exactly this: your developers build and submit changes, we review before anything ships.

Hands-On When It Counts
Some things are worth calling in extra hands for—a tight deadline, a tricky integration, a part of the system nobody on your team has touched before. For those, we roll up our sleeves and do the work directly, then walk your team through what we did and why, so the knowledge stays with them afterward.
Direct Access to Deep TYPO3 Expertise
Several of our developers are TYPO3 core contributors, so questions that would otherwise take days to research can often be answered on a call. That access matters most exactly when it’s least convenient to be without it—mid-incident, close to a deadline, or deep in an unfamiliar part of the codebase.

Support Beyond Development
Technical support isn’t only for developers. We also help editors and content teams get the most out of TYPO3 day to day, so the people managing the site are as confident as the people building it.
Seen in Practice: BRAND
One client, a global manufacturer, wanted to build TYPO3 capability in-house instead of outsourcing their relaunch entirely. We started with workshops to understand their team and their goals, then set up a code-review workflow that’s still in use years later: their developers build and submit changes as merge requests, we review before anything goes live, and we step in directly for the parts that are complex or time-critical.
The result: nearly 600 merge requests and counting, a website live in five languages with custom integrations across a downloads area, careers portal, and newsroom, and a client who handles most day-to-day development themselves—with b13 a phone call away for anything more complex.
I was very impressed with the high frequency of feedback—the large number of iterations helped me learn fast.
Your Technical Support Partners
The same small group of developers gets to know your codebase and your team over time, several of them TYPO3 core contributors, so every review and every conversation builds on the last one instead of starting over.
