That depends on how complex your website is and where it’s hosted. We take a look at your installation and recommend a package. You don’t have to work it out yourself.
What happens if my website grows?
If a change in complexity means a different package fits better, we’ll tell you in good time and send you a new offer. Your current package’s term stays the same.
Which extensions do you update?
We update the TYPO3 core and the third-party extensions you use, as long as they remain compatible with the current TYPO3 version. If an extension is no longer maintained, we’ll talk to you about the options.
How do you test updates?
After every update, we check system compatibility and the core functions and features of your website, so your day-to-day operations keep running smoothly.
What do you need from us?
Access to your system, the information we need to do the work, and a contact person who can make decisions when needed. If your site is hosted elsewhere, your host needs to meet the technical requirements for updates.
Do I keep access to my code?
Yes. On request, your source code lives in a repository both of us can access.
