- **Site sets validation** — Improved error reporting for malformed site set definitions, disabled sets with circular dependencies, and listed unselected invalid site sets.
- **Redirect management** — Enhanced redirect resolution to handle record targets and reset integrity status of resolved redirect conflicts.
